CAPE Registration services
For pre-registration, CAPE can create effective, easy to use web based registration for your event which can allow your guests to select meeting specific options (such as breakouts), as well as to easily pay enrollment fees using their debit or credit card while registering. Your guests will be able to log in to their portal to view registration details, event details or other event related materials which you choose to share with them in advance.
Once your guests have arrived at the CAPE campus, our friendly team members can manage guest reception and on-site registration for you including basic registration and fee collection, sign in, distribution of personalized course or promotional materials, badges, answering questions and will happily help them find their way to the appropriate meeting or classroom. If your event is offering CE credit, or has other documentation requirements throughout the event, CAPE can manage documentation distribution and collection for you allowing you to focus on your meeting.
After the event, our registration team can even assist with sending guest follow up such as surveys and thank you communications.
